About Us
Adopt. Don't shop.
raei is a platform connecting animals in need of a home with hearts ready to embrace them. We believe every stray or neglected animal deserves a shot at a better life, and everyone looking for a loyal friend deserves to find one nearby — no purchase, no middleman.
The name itself is inspired by a well-known saying: "each of you is a shepherd, and each of you is responsible for his flock" — whoever adopts an animal becomes its shepherd, responsible for its care, feeding, and protection for the rest of its life.
What We Offer
- Browse & adopt: browse adoptable animals near you — dogs, cats, birds and more — each with a detailed profile: age, health status, and behavior.
- Clinics & stores directory: a directory of nearby veterinary clinics and pet-supply stores, so your new friend gets the care it needs.
- Distress alerts: an animal in danger? We instantly notify everyone nearby so they can rush to help.
- Every listing reviewed: our team reviews every new pet and business listing before it goes live, checking the details and photos, and confirming adoption always stays free.
- Safe messaging: reach pet owners and clinics directly through in-app chat, without sharing anything beyond what you choose to.
Where We Operate
We started in Makkah, and are gradually expanding to major cities. Every new caretaker who lists a pet or a business in their city widens our reach further.
