سياسة التبنّي

قواعد بسيطة تحمي الحيوان والمتبنّي معًا.

هدف «راعٍ» أن يجد كل حيوانٍ بيتًا آمنًا ومُحبًّا، وأن يجد كل متبنٍّ صديقًا حقيقيًا — لا صفقة تجارية. القواعد التالية تنطبق على كل من ينشر حيوانًا للتبنّي أو يطلب تبنّي حيوان عبر التطبيق.

التبنّي مجّانيٌّ دائمًا

بيع الحيوانات أو شراؤها غير مسموح على الإطلاق. عند إضافة حيوانٍ للتبنّي، يتعهّد صاحب الإعلان صراحةً بأن الحيوان ليس للبيع وأنه معروضٌ للتبنّي المجّاني فقط، وأي إعلانٍ يخالف ذلك يُرفَض أو يُحذَف فور اكتشافه.

مراجعة كل إعلان قبل نشره

كل حيوانٍ جديد يمرّ بمراجعة من فريقنا قبل ظهوره للمتبنّين — نتأكّد من وضوح الصور واكتمال البيانات (النوع، العمر، الحالة الصحية) قبل الموافقة على نشره.

تعهّد المتبنّي

قبل إرسال طلب تبنٍّ، يوافق المتبنّي على تعهّدٍ صريح: أن يقدّم للحيوان الرعاية اللازمة من تغذيةٍ وعنايةٍ صحيةٍ ومأوى مناسب، وأن يمنحه الحب والاهتمام طوال حياته.

التواصل والتنسيق

يتم التواصل بين صاحب الحيوان والمتبنّي عبر محادثات داخل التطبيق، لتنسيق كل تفاصيل التسليم مباشرةً بينكما. لا يُشارَك رقم هاتفك إلا إذا اخترت ذلك بنفسك.

لو شعرت أن شيئًا غير صحيح

يمكنك الإبلاغ عن أي محادثة أو مستخدمٍ تشعر أن سلوكه لا يخدم مصلحة الحيوان، وسيراجع فريقنا البلاغ فور وصوله.

بعد التبنّي

بمجرّد أن يجد الحيوان بيتًا، يمكن لصاحب الإعلان تحديث حالته إلى «تم الإنقاذ»، فيُزال من قائمة الحيوانات المتاحة تلقائيًا حتى لا يستمر أحدٌ بالتواصل بشأن حيوانٍ لم يعد بحاجةٍ لبيت.

Adoption Policy

Simple rules that protect the animal and the adopter alike.

raei's goal is for every animal to find a safe, loving home, and for every adopter to find a real companion — not a transaction. The rules below apply to anyone listing a pet for adoption or requesting to adopt one through the app.

Adoption Is Always Free

Buying or selling animals is never allowed. When listing a pet, the owner explicitly pledges the animal is not for sale and is offered for free adoption only — any listing that violates this is rejected or removed as soon as it's found.

Every Listing Is Reviewed First

Every new pet goes through review by our team before it's shown to adopters — we check that photos are clear and the details (type, age, health status) are complete before approving it.

The Adopter's Pledge

Before sending an adoption request, the adopter agrees to an explicit pledge: to provide proper nutrition, healthcare, and shelter, and to give the animal love and attention for the rest of its life.

Coordination

Owners and adopters communicate through in-app chat to coordinate the handover directly. Your phone number is only shared if you choose to share it yourself.

If Something Feels Off

You can report any conversation or user whose behavior doesn't seem to be in the animal's best interest, and our team reviews reports as soon as they come in.

After Adoption

Once an animal finds a home, its owner can mark it as "rescued," and it is automatically removed from the available-pets list so no one keeps reaching out about an animal that no longer needs one.
